Located right in the heart of the Winter Park Mountain Village, this beautiful condo has a fully stocked open kitchen that is perfect for making breakfast and entertaining by the bar. Off the living room is a large patio with an amazing view of the slopes and a walkway directly to the hot tub area.
This property sleeps 7 with a master bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom has both a stand up shower and a separate bathtub perfect for a soak after a day on the slopes. The second bedroom has a queen and twin over full futon. Relax on the couch in front of the flat screen tv and enjoy cable provided by XFiniti. T The building has a connected, heated parking garage (parking is extra as it is not owned/maintained by the HOA) and private lockers for ski/board/bike storage.

And is an incredible basecamp to enjoy all that Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, or Winter Park Ski Resort has to offer plus quaint towns, where you can dine, shop and more.
Our location, tucked against the Continental Divide, ensures dependable snow all winter long. Skiers and snowboarders will be happy with two downhill resorts, learn-to-ski-and-ride parks, and four cross-country resorts with miles of groomed tracks.
Bikers and hikers will love this mountain paradise with over 600 miles of trails to explore. River rafting, fishing, golfing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and the longest alpine slide in Colorado — ensure that there is something for everyone.
Even more activities are available if you’d prefer to stay inside: museums, art galleries and movie theaters and bowling. There’s indoor recreation at the Grand Park Community Recreation Center, including a climbing wall, pools, a waterslide, an indoor gym, and more.
